This Privacy Policy describes policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Photos Map Application. By using the Application, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Photos Map
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Veaware
Device means any device that can access the Application such as a mobile phone or a tablet
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, generated by the use of the Application
You means the individual accessing or using the Application
We take data protection very seriously. We process, store and collect only necessary information required for the realization of Application's functionality to the users.
We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:
Your IP address and mobile device identifiers (such as Advertising ID used only for Analytics purpose, Firebase Crashlytics UUID which permits us to deduplicate crashes)
Data about your device, such as model name, operating system name and version
Anonymous demographics data, such as country of residence, language preference and age range
Crash logs and diagnostic data
Crash-free users statistics
Each time the Application crashes (i.e. force closes) we collect anonymous data, which helps resolving the problem. This data includes stack traces, operating system information, such as free disk space, free RAM etc.
Data about usage of our Application, such as how often the app is used and which features are used most frequently. This data is collected using Advertising ID provided by your device, which is a unique identifier for advertising purposes. You can opt-out of Advertising ID collection by disabling ad tracking in your device settings
We do not collect any personal information such as email address, name, phone number etc., except the contact information you provide us via email (when using the in-app "Send feedback" option).
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

The Company may use Usage Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Application, including to monitor the usage of our Application
Crash logs are used to troubleshoot issues, improve stability and performance of the Application
Evaluate and improve our Application and user experience
Statistics and usage reports generation
We retain your data for as long as needed to provide you the Application. Anonymous data transferred to third-party services:
Firebase Crashlytics is automatically deleted after 90 days
Firebase Analytics is automatically deleted after 14 months
We value your trust in providing us your Usage Data, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Application to serve its features requests You to grant following permissions on your device:
READ MEDIA IMAGES - used to read image files from external storage
READ EXTERNAL STORAGE - used to read files from external storage
WRITE EXTERNAL STORAGE - used to write files into external storage
ACCESS MEDIA LOCATION - used to access any geographic locations persisted in the user's shared collection
ACCESS FINE LOCATION - used to access precise location on a map view (only when You request current location)
ACCESS COARSE LOCATION - used to access approximate location on a map view (only when You request current location)
INTERNET - used to connect to the internet when accessing cloud storages like Google Drive, Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive
ACCESS NETWORK STATE - used to monitor connectivity status and restart failed requests if users go from a a disconnected to a connected network state
GET ACCOUNTS - used to list your Google Drive accounts (only when You request sign in into Google Drive account)
MANAGE ACCOUNTS - used by Google Drive client to let you sign in into your Google Drive account (only when You have added Google Drive storage)
USE CREDENTIALS - used by Google Drive client to request authentication tokens (only when You have added Google Drive storage)
You can revoke granted permissions on your device by opening the Settings application, navigating to the Application info and disallowing selected permissions.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
